Scope of Services

Services Provided: Byrnes Residential and Commercial Cleaning will provide professional cleaning services as outlined in the agreed-upon scope of work.

Exclusions: Certain areas or tasks may not be included in the standard cleaning services, such as hazardous materials handling, deep cleaning of heavily soiled areas, or specialized cleaning techniques.

Customer Responsibilities

Access: The customer must provide access to the premises at the agreed-upon times, ensuring that the area is clear of obstructions and hazards.

Utilities: The customer is responsible for ensuring that utilities (water, electricity) are available for cleaning operations.

Valuables: The customer should secure valuable items before cleaning services commence. Byrnes Residential and Commercial Cleaning is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.

Payment Terms

Payment Schedule: Byrnes Residential and Commercial Cleaning will provide an invoice upon completion of services. Payment is due within 5 days of the invoice date.

If paying by Venmo, payment is due the day of cleaning.

Late Payments: Late payments may incur a $25 late fee per month.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice: The customer must provide 5 days' notice of any cancellations.

Cancellation Fees: Byrnes Residential and Commercial Cleaning may charge a cancellation fee for cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled service.

Liability

Limitation of Liability: Byrnes Residential and Commercial Cleaning is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the performance or non-performance of services.

Insurance: Byrnes Residential and Commercial Cleaning maintains general liability insurance to cover potential claims.

Indemnification

Customer Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Byrnes Residential and Commercial Cleaning from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the customer's negligence or breach of these terms and conditions.

Governing Law

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts.

Amendments

Amendments: Any amendments to these terms and conditions must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
